Hours of Operation 

• Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Access Aurora)

Current services residents can receive in-person:

• General account inquiries for tax and water accounts
• To pay a tax or water bill
• Submit new banking information/apply for pre-authorized payments (also online)
• Cancel pre-authorized payments (also online)
• Obtain a marriage license or burial permit (by appointment)
• Commissioning of documents (by appointment)
• Pay a municipal related invoice (with hardcopy of the bill)
• Pay a parking ticket (also online) or request a trial for a parking infraction
• Submit a delegation for Council/Committee
• Obtain a parks and trails map, waste calendar, recreation guide or other document displayed
• Request the replacement of a blue or green bin (bins are not stored at Town hall but supplied through our vendor)
• All other general inquiries
