Access Aurora (Customer Service)

Access Aurora is the Town's Customer Service Division providing residents and visitors with information on Town services. Customer Service is available at both Town Hall (100 John West Way) and the Joint Operations Centre (229 Industrial Parkway North).

You can call, email or visit us to:

• Pay taxes or water bills
• Report problems with traffic signals, signs or roads
• Purchase a cat or dog licence
• Pay parking tickets
• Report missed garbage pick-up
• Confirm special event information
• Pick-up a parks and trails map
• Book for a marriage licence
• Commissioning of documents*

Tour of Town Hall

The Town of Aurora is pleased to provide tours of the Town Hall for all residents and visitors of Aurora, including schools and youth groups. Tours are available Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m..

Tours must be booked a minimum of two weeks in advance to ensure staff and facility availability and to allow coordination of schedules.
