You can check availability prior to requesting times/dates, however please note that facility availability is subject to change and therefore, accuracy of availability shown online is not guaranteed. We require 2 weeks' notice for all permit requests.

All prices include HST.

All room rentals include tables and chairs, please let us know how many of each you will require at the time of booking. Set up/clean up time must be included in your booking time.

Prime Time - Regular: $100.00/per hour

Non-Prime (7:00am to 4:00pm weekdays): $70.00/per hour

Non-Resident (anytime): $130.00/per hour

Program Room B or C: $44.92/per hour – Maximum Capacity: 35 people

SARC Gymnasium - Half

Prime Time - Aurora Based Youth: $60.00/per hour

Prime Time - Regular: $100.00/per hour

Non-Prime (7:00am to 4:00pm weekdays): $70.00/per hour

Non-Resident (anytime): $130.00/per hour

SARC Gymnasium - Full

Prime Time - Aurora Based Youth: $120.00/per hour

Prime Time - Regular: $200.00/per hour

Equipment Fees 

Equipment rentals are also available for some types of equipment. Please ensure you request any equipment required at the time of booking.

• Location: Stronach Aurora Recreation Complex

The pool portion of this rental occurs in conjunction with the public swim on Saturdays and Sundays from 2:15pm to 3:45pm in the Canadian Tire Aquatics Centre Pools ​at the Stronach Aurora Recreation Complex (SARC).

Please review our swim admission policy to ensure you are able to meet the mandatory guardian to child ratios.

Drop-In Admission Fees

All swim admissions are non-refundable. Tickets never expire, and can be used during any public swim.

The skating portion of this rental may occur in conjunction with the public skate - in this case, drop-in admission fees will apply. Please check out the schedule. Alternatively, if you wish to have exclusive use of the ice, you may choose to book the entire rink - in this case, facility fees for the ice will apply.

SARC Gowda-Singh Insurance Meeting Room - $38.63/per hour – Maximum capacity: 25 people

ACC Auditorium - $72.37/per hour plus $500 damage deposit (refundable)– Maximum Capacity: 160

No food or drinks are permitted in The Lind Realty Team Sports Dome.
