Water Billing and Payment Notice

Due to the Canada Post strike, water bills will be available for pickup at Aurora Town Hall starting Tuesday, December 3, 2024

Extended hours for pickup:

• Access Aurora will be open until 8 p.m. on December 5, 10, and 12.  Please bring photo ID.

This applies to:

• Residential accounts starting with 001-xxxx-xxx to 009-xxxx-xxx
• Commercial accounts starting with 050-xxxx-xxx to 054-xxxx-xxx

Other payment options:

• E-billing: Invoices will be sent as usual. Sign up for e-billing at aurora.ca/waterbilling.
• Account Info: Call Access Aurora at 905-727-1375 or email info@aurora.ca to get your account balance.

Reminder: Payment is still required to avoid late fees. Once Canada Post resumes, bills will be mailed as usual.
