Aurora’s Waste and Recycling Collection Guide Gets a New Look

The Town of Aurora is going green with its 2024 Waste & Recycling Collection Guide. The new one-page document contains a calendar, important details on collection days, leaf and yard waste pickups and curbside giveaway days.

“Our waste and recycling guides are evolving to a streamlined one-page resources, not only reducing paper waste but also making it easier for residents to navigate,” said Mayor Tom Mrakas. “By embracing this change, we are championing a greener, more accessible future for our environment and community.”

The document will also feature important collection reminders, contact numbers and a QR code to download the Recycle Coach app. Residents are encouraged to download the Recycle Coach app at recyclecoach.com for personalized schedules, alerts, sorting tips, and waste event updates.

The 2024 Waste & Recycling Collection Guide will be mailed out by mid-December. Look for your calendar in the mail!
