Aurora’s Menorah Lighting Ceremony set to take place at Town Square

The Town of Aurora, in partnership with Chabad Aurora, is delighted to invite the community to this year's Menorah Lighting Ceremony. Join us in celebrating the Festival of Light with the local Jewish community in lighting the 5th candle. The event will feature the lighting of the menorah, traditional foods, a downtown walk and a fire performance. Happy Chanukah to our community!

WHEN: Sunday, December 29, 2024 - 4 p.m. Downtown Village Walk starting at Aurora Public Library & skating in the Outdoor Square 5 p.m. Ceremony, Fire Performance & Traditional Foods

WHERE: Aurora Town Square – 50 Victoria Street

WHAT: The Town and Chabad Aurora for more than 10 years have been inviting the community to celebrate the Festival of Light. The lights represent the flickering light of liberation over the darkness of oppression.
